Frequently Asked Questions

When do I need to RSVP?

Please plan to RSVP before May 2026. We highly recommend booking your airfare, rental car, and lodging as early as possible to avoid last minute price-hikes.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the ceremony and reception?

Transportation will be provided on wedding day from our recommended accommodations, to the church, the reception venue, and back to your accommodation. Parking is available for those who would like to drive themselves.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

The dress code is Montana Cocktail — elevated, yet comfortable. Men are encouraged to wear dress pants and a button-down shirt; jackets are optional. Women may opt for a polished sundress or similar attire.

Please keep in mind that the reception will be held outdoors, and Montana evenings can be cool. We recommend bringing a layer and wearing footwear suitable for walking on grass.

Will you be live streaming the wedding?

Yes! We plan to have a videographer stream the wedding. Please let us know if you’d like access and we will share the details as the ceremony gets closer.

What is the weather like in Montana?

Montana weather in June can be unpredictable — it might be sunny and 80°F, or cool and rainy. In Bigfork, average highs are around 74°F, but temperatures often drop into the 40s at night.

We recommend packing layers (jackets, sweatshirts, wraps) and bringing rain gear just in case. The mountains like to keep us guessing, so it’s best to come prepared for a little bit of everything!

Will there be other events to attend on wedding weekend?

Yes! See our itinerary page for the full layout of events.

Are children allowed?

We recommend leaving little ones at home. Our venue and accommodations aren’t well suited for children, and many of the planned activities are geared toward adults. We hope this can be a fun and relaxing weekend for all!
